The three 1959 Classic Vehicles uncovered in a Durand Illinois storage building have been sold. These project vehicles were true ‘barn finds’ and had great potential for the right person to fully restore. They had been stored untouched for over 35 years. Bodies are intact with limited rust.
Vehicles were on display at the end of Durand’s Village square. The ambulance and Galaxie were sold to a restorer in New Zealand and the T-Bird is going to be a surprise birthday gift. Durand Charm received a portion of the sale price to reinvest in our community. A nice ending for all!
