Get on Board with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library

Durand Charm and United Way has partnered to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to children who were born this year and live in the Durand area.

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library was created in 1996 for pre-schoolers in Sevier County, TN to guarantee access to books and inspire parents to read to their children as much as possible.

Durand Charm, the United Way of Rock River Valley and The Dolly Parton Imagination Library support early learning for all children under 5 years of age by sending a new, age appropriate books to their homes and providing other resources that support early literacy, school readiness and life-long learning. There is no charge to participate in the program.

Families who register for the program must have a Winnebago or Ogle County Zip Code to participate in the Imagination Library program through United Way RRV.
