HALLOWEEN ON THE SQUARE/TRUNK OR TREAT CHANGES
Due to the cold weather, we have moved some of the activities to Durand High School, 200 W South Street, Durand, IL 61019.
The Magic Show, featuring Jonny Silver, and Halloween Parade registration begins at 10:00 AM.
The Halloween Parade will be held at Durand High School (Big Gym) – Please enter the building using the Activities Entrance.
The parade and judging will begin at 10:30.
Trunk or Treat has been moved to the West end of the Student Parking Lot at Durand High School (directly across from the school). Please park your vehicle along the fence line. The lot is open all morning. Trunk or Treat will begin immediately following the parade and costume judging.
A hayride is part of the fun. The hay rack will load/unload from the sidewalk in front of Durand High School.
Businesses on the Square are open for Trick or Treating until Noon on Saturday.
Durand Charm is hosting a Trunk or Treat event as a part of Halloween on the square. Decorate your car and dress up as your favorite characters. Pirates, princesses and more will parade by your car and “Trunk or Treat” for Halloween goodies.
This is a family friendly event, please no scary costumes.
All treats must be store bought and pre-packaged.
